legal notice:

site, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by these terms of use.

other third parties, the "PENZ.COM Materials") may not be copied,
reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed,
in whole or in part, for any purpose other than individual viewing of
this web site, without the express prior written consent of the registered
owner of PENZ.COM or the relevant third party. Modification of the PENZ.COM
Materials or use of the PENZ.COM Materials for any purpose will constitute
a violation of the copyrights and other rights of PENZ.COM. For purposes
of this Agreement, the use of any PENZ.COM Materials on any other web

granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable

sites linked to or from this site ("Linked Sites"), is not responsible
for their content. The Linked Sites, including but not limited to web
search-engines provided by Third Parties, are for the convenience of
the user only, and may be accessed by the user only at the user's own
risk. Transactions with advertisers found on any PENZ.COM Site are solely
between you and such advertisers. PENZ.COM shall not be responsible
for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such
advertisers.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties. The materials on this site are provided

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PENZ.COM disclaims
all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. PENZ.COM

that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that
makes this site available are free of viruses or other harmful elements.

otherwise. Neither PENZ.COM nor its affiliated or related companies

4. Content of Submissions. The user shall not submit to this site any

under any contract or policy. The user agrees to indemnify the registered
owner of PENZ.COM from and against any and all third party claims, demands,
liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
resulting from user's submission of any materials in violation of the
foregoing restrictions. You shall not upload or submit any data or information
that contains viruses or any other computer code, corrupt files or programs
designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality or disrupt
any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other
equipment.
5. Governing Law; Invalidity of Separable Provisions; Entire Agreement.
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the
laws of the State of California, U.S.A., regardless of the place or
places of its physical execution and performance. Any actions brought
by the registered owner of PENZ.COM or user based on or arising out
of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the United States
District Court for Alameda Country or in a state court located in said
district. If any term or provision of this Agreement is for any reason
held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term
or provision, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such term
or provision had never been contained in this Agreement. This Agreement
contains the entire understanding of PENZ.COM and user with respect
to its subject matter.
